Error Message when downloading videos

When I try to download a video using realdownloader, I get a message saying 'unable to download', even after I have uninstalle and re-installed the player and upgraded to Realplayer plus 18, as you will see from my screenshot. Should I be in Realtimes for this topic?

  Try the same video using an alternate browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
