Burning DVD

I'm signed in and am trying to burn my DVD, however, a box comes up with the following: "The software that is used to decode the media is not available on this system."  Prior to my system going down I had no problem burning my DVDs.  What software do I need?

  If you are getting this message, it is most probably because the file format you are trying to burn is not compatible with RealPlayer. Please convert the file to a MP4 format and try to burn. Note: WebM formats cannot be burned to a DVD using RealPlayer.

  You can also install additional codecs.

  After installing the codec, restart your computer
