I requested a subscription on the morning of 07/15/2017 for $39, paid by debit card, but I have no service.

The DVD Player does not work/play.

  i am advised that with a 24.99 payment i can avoid having my videos in cloud removed in about 10 days.. i want to pay by credit card on the phone as i cannot access viaq google and am not on facebook.

  cannot see my subscriptions think it was a 16 band equalizer I did subscribe to now I only have the 3 band
