RealDownloader Resetting Itself

After the update I notice 2 things:

1. You can only download 1 video at a time &

2. When the ads change the video downloading is interrupted and it resets itself.

Can someone explain what is going on and how to fix it.

  To enable multiple downloads, you will need to purchase RealPlayer Plus. At present RealPlayer free version will download only 1 video at a time. Can you throw more light on your second point, please? Where do you see these ads. Can you send a screenshot of that?
