hear sound but don't see video

I have realplayer 18 brought it on mar 22 ... it worked find at first , Microsoft did some up dates this pass week and now when I try to play a DVD I hear sound but don't see the video ....haven't been able to find any fix for this..any help with this is appreciated ... I'm fully updated ...
