Can't find trimmed file
I am running Vista Home Premium with Realplayer version16.0.4.19. I'm trying to trim an avi file, I set the start and end points, and it seems to do the trim, i.e. it thinks and then the bar fills with green and then it appears to be done but the file doesn't seem to be saved anywhere, let alone where I told it to save it. What could be the problem?

We always recommend using the latest version of RealPlayer - RealPlayer 18/RealTimes, as it is continuously being updated and it's compatible with the current operating systems. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with Windows Vista and XP. We do not guarantee reliability of the older products and some features, such as the Download feature may not work properly. Also, we do not offer any updates for old versions.

I can trim fine..but can't save the trim. Says either I can't overwrite the file or it can't find the file. Changing the file name does not help. I have windows 10 and just bought the Player. Bummed

tried going to above recommended site....of course it can't be found.

how do I get my money back? I've tried emailing but they just answer me with a congratulatory hello to Real Player. Too many features just don't work despite the newest version.
