Still won't up grade for me and I have done what you said with the e-mail

Hi , Still will not up graded for me. I done what the e-mail said, that you send me. It up graded and then went away. My e-mail is lonxxxxxx@suddenlink.net .By your recorders you was paid Aug. 24,2017. Your number P-01720773, Your phone number is 206-674-2650 . Please give me feed back on what to do. I do not  give up easy and I know it can be corrected. The amount paid by my discover card was $ 42.79 . Please look into this and give me a feed back Jackie L Harpold
