Trimmer

When I try to trim a MOV file like I have for years, the trimmed video has no sound. When I try to trim an MP4 I'm told I need to upgrade. Is this something new or should I try reinstalling.

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.

  You don't need to upgrade to trim MP4. You can reinstall the program if installing the codecs don't work.
