LOADLIBRARY FAILED WITH ERROR 1114 WHEN REALPLAYER OPENS

1.  The error message occurs when the laptop starts up even if this error message is dismissed, it re-appears when the RealPlayer software is started.
2. The RealPlayer software has been updated since in April and is the latest listed on your website.
3. There is no hidden RealPlayer icon in the hidden application tray in the Taskbar of my laptop.
4. I can confirm that RealPlay has access to the internet
