The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoder for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem

That sign above is is the one I get everytime I tried to burn a video. And afterwards it says that my computer doesnt support Real Player anymore. Have you thought how many of  your clients have lost money just for the mistake of buying Real Player? Isnt there any replacement that we can get in the US? I find the whole thing disgusting!

  You are receiving this error because you are trying to burn a video format that is not compatible with RealPlayer DVD burn. Please convert the files to MP4 and then burn to a DVD.

  That's the problem I'm having now!!! I was able to burn a video before-now I can put it in Cloud - but when I try and burn it - I get that message!!! why don't you put the right decoder in your new version???
