Cannot Sign in to RealPlayer 22, receive offline.html

I've seen this in several messages, but cannot find an actual resolution.

Any help would be appreciated.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  If the issue persists, please let us know.

  I follow the instructions, but after I reboot the computer the problem comeback.

  Hi Realplayer, Sign In problem of offline.html.

  I've overlaid but this was unsuccessful, I've uninstalled and reinstalled with the same outcome.

  Any idea what I can do to correct this problem.
