RealPlayer has stopped working Windows is looking for a solution

I have uninstalled/reinstalled RealPlayer several times so I can continue to burn dvds but the same message occurs. I am using Windows 8.1 and I'm on Chrome. I love RealPlayer and do not want to lose it!
