I can't log into the program using facebook

I am still unable to login using facebook, which I had originally used to create my account.

  We have identified this issue and it has been escalated to the product team. 
  
  We will email you as soon as it is resolved. In the meanwhile, we can set a temporary password so you can sign into RealPlayer with your email address and password.
  
  Do you want us to do that?
