Log Files Location

hello, I'm having a problem converting some videos that were downloaded from youtube to .mp3.   It's giving me an error (see below).  Are there any Log files that I can view to see the source of the error?

  First, please re-download the video again and try converting it. If the issue persists, please reinstall RealPlayer and try again.
