downloading problems

everytime i try to download it keeps saying unable to download it was doing it before over the last few days it just stopped i have the paid service

  Can you please follow these steps:

  1. Try downloading a video (You may still receive the same error).
  2. Restart your computer. (This will update the Downloader in the background)
  3. Try downloading a video now and let us know if you still have the problem.
