I need to change the user name (email address)

The email address used for my user name is no longer available. How can I change it? I just added an alternate address and I'd like to use that for my user name.

  Hi Ken,

  I had the same issue back in November.  According to RealNetworks' support article, if you don't have access to that e-mailbox any longer, you should contact their customer support using this page.  Sharma of Customer Support made it happen for me.  Hopefully, this is the information you needed.
