Speaker hiss

Hi I just want to tell Real that I have deleted Real Player etc. on my net Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet

it is a Surface Pro 7 - Platinum, Intel Core i7,1065G7 1.3 1.5 GHz 16GB, 256GB

I had a definite case of speaker hiss as if the gain were up too much, I switched off various apps and knocking out the Real Player etc stopped the hiss. I have consequently uninstalled it and no longer have hiss.
