Parsing ac3 audio stream

Well, I did exactly what was said in the above post.  I re-started the computer 2x.  Now I can't view my library, signin, or burn disc's. I overwrote the existing file and nothing.

I am really tired of chasing my tail with this program.  Now I don't know if someone reads the posts or not, but I am done with real player.  Terrible customer service and advice.  DREAFUL!

  It's good to see someone is looking at this message board.  Thank you.

  I have done that, twice, including plug ins to burn DVD's.  I get the same resulting message. 

  Not happy at all.
