Used Real Player since 2001. I may have upgraded to premium yrs, ago.  All I know is that everything is changed somehow making it unusable for most purposes.

Can't get artists names configuring my library?

One clip may consist of 40 or 90 clips?

All is jumbled up and FUBAR. 

(I think I fixed as "the only good thing about frustration is OVERCOMING it".  JC.

  sometin is wrong w dis person...maybe old and brain dead... does not know where to turn...

  I think I fixed it after trying everything I clicked the drop down arrow next to all music at the upper right side.
