Real player /cloud

I have a subscription for unlimited cloud space, however, the application provided by Amazon on their fire stick does not load it worked prior to this post. I have uninstalled it multiple times and once I logged in again using my email and password yet it would not load keeps closing. Has anyone experienced this issue if so did you get it resolved?

  We have stopped supporting the app in Fire devices some time ago.
