Unable to cancel subscription?

I have been trying to cancel this subscription as I don't believe I signed up for it and don't even know what it is.  Every time I try, like many others, I just get an error message and asked to try again later. Please stop taking my money!!

  We see that you have not responded to our request for information to locate your account to be cancelled. Without being able to locate an account, you will continue to be charged (if you have an account with us). So either reply with the information requested or contact your bank.
