On the app top left corner where the logo is only says Realplayer. Does it have to say Realplayer Plus Or Realplayer Premium?

  We don't offer phone support. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Once you are successfully signed in, you will see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer. We made design changes and replaced the word "Plus" with the star (*).

  Please let us know what other issues you have with RealPlayer.
