    I am cancelling REALTIME. I need to add devices, but I have tried everything with no success. There is NO customer support. I am so done with Realtime. I have a charge for $39.99 and $49.99 because I thought maybe upgrading would improve the situation and I could get some assistance - but, NOT. I want a refund ASAP Thank you
