    Hi am having the same problem you are. if you find a fix or someway to fix this please let me know. i have been having this problem for about six days now. i have done the same steps about five times with nothing. something wrong with the new real player. i think the only way to fix this is have real player check the download to see why this dont work. i hope we can get a fix soon.
