Real Downloader not downloading files to the end, creating tempfiles

I bought a new laptop earlier this year, got all the Real Networks s/w put on it & everything was fine until sometime between 5/14 to 5/18.  Since then half the files I download from YouTube via Chrome do not complete & become .mp4 files w/ the original title.  They're listed as unknown file types & titled as tempfiles.  I don't know why this is.  It was never a problem on my desktop (also using Chrome) & I've been using this tool ever since it came out.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  Both the file & product version say 2021.4.26.0
