Can't sign in says offline.html no place to type my email and password. I tried clearing cookies, enabling cookies, rebooting and more with no luck.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  I'm also having this same trouble. I installed RealPlayer on my laptop and it won't let me sign in. I "over-installed" and still no luck. Please help

  Can you please let me know what version of RealPlayer is currently installed?
