Can't download videos on YouTube

Good morning,
From some days, i can’t download video on Youtube.
Before it’s work fine using the process:
I use this video to check https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1zPf2whpes
•    Click right on video and copy video URL (link address)
•    Open RealPlayer Downloader 20.0.4.306 T20FRUM
•    Copy video URL and click download
•    RealPlayer Downloader is searching video and then no found video on this page.
I have bought this program and i am connected to my RealPlayer account.
Please can you help me to solve these isue.

  We are curious to learn more about this issue. When you run into this issue the next time, can you please restart computer and try again? Please let us know if the video downloads or not. Once we hear back from you, we can investigate further as to why it fails to download certain times.

  Yes, i restart the computer many times. I also restart RealDownloader and Destock Service. 
  in fact, it’s never work.
