Realplayer Sign In
In the latest roll out of the Realplayer download for PC, I'm finding that when it loads it is not signing me in about 50% of the time. So it comes up with the unlicensed version. When I sign in it takes my details fine HOWEVER when it loads that way it always sets the download quality to the top option rather than my normal default of 1080p. If it does sign in normally as it loads then it does default to 1080p. Not critical but if you could log it it as a BUG report for your next roll out.

Does it automatically sign you out? And, when you sign in that time do you see any errors or inability to sign in? Once signed in, it should stay signed in until RealPlayer is manually signed off or if RealPlayer is reinstalled. This is by design but if you are being automatically signed out, there is something else going on. We would like to learn more about this.
