RM file corrupt? Possible repair?

Can anyone help me with getting this rm file to play? I fear it's corrupt but hopefully it can be repaired?

  We checked this RM file and it doesn't have playable codecs and that's the reason you are having this problem. It is either corrupted or not a proper RM file.
