Cannot trim videos after downloading and paying for Premium

When I pull up a newly downloaded video and go to trim it is a transparent screen,  This just started.  If upgrading to premium is not a resolution for this error please refund $39.99 and I will find another service to use.

  Did all that, did not fix the issue
