Why did my real player downloader stop working

The real player downloader no longer downloads. It opens the box at the top of the page. Shows the Thumbnail as normal the downloader is set to Default Quality, The box opens goes though the Waiting to Download horizontal blue and white barber pole and then kicks out with Unable to Download.

 If you download using the URL it downloads but goes the the Importing File and then sits there for 10 to 15 minutes and never imports item

  What is going on?

  Chris & Abdul,

  Please make sure there is a Download path in your Downloader. From the description, it appears that there is no Download path and that is why it stalls at the importing file.

  You can check the Download path in RealPlayer Downloader Window's Preferences.

  I checked the Download path and it is what it always has been ... Download is still saying "waiting to download"
