動画が再生されません

一般エラーという表示が出ます。クラウドからダウンロードを試みるも　ダウンロードが失敗しました　というエラー（赤地に白抜き文字）が出ます。お願いします。

  If you want to download it to your PC, you will need to make sure your PC is turn on and signed into RealPlayer with the same email address.
