Saving files

When I download a file it is not saved in Realplayer format, it is saves in video player format, why? Is there a setting I'm missing or something?

  Downloading a file will be in MP4 format. It won't be in RealPlayer format. What you are probably seeing is that the downloaded file is associated with a different media player. You can right click on that file and choose "Open With" and select RealPlayer. You should also check the box, "Always open with RealPlayer" when re-associating your media files with RealPlayer.
