playlists don't download
I paid for the upgrade, and playlists downloaded the first day. But I haven't been able to download playlists since. What's up?

What happens when you download the playlist? Are you seeing any error messages?
Can you please share the URL of the playlist you are unable to download? We would like to test it out on our end. Also, are you signed into your RealPlayer?

Yes, I'm signed in. The option to download playlists doesn't even show up anymore when I click the button to do downloads. There aren't any error messages. When I first paid, I the popup had an option to download playlists, but now that option doesn't appear.

The option to download Playlists will only show if you are playing a playlist. Can you please share the URL of the playlist so we can test it?
PS. We just tested a playlist and it does show up. Here is the URL of the playlist we just tested.
