I am unable to change preferences in the converter

  What changes are you trying to do in Converter? Can you please provide more information? What exactly you are doing and what error are you seeing?

  I would like to chose where the converted music is going to. I was previously able to send the music to itunes.

  If iTunes is not installed on your PC, this option will be disabled. If you have iTunes installed, the option will be enabled. If you already have iTunes installed and yet it shows disabled, please reinstall iTunes.

  Thank You. I will give it a try. itunes is already  installed.
