However. I paid for something that did include "download this video," converting filers from flv to MP4 etc., and other  things like the ability to burn dvds. Now you say what I paid for is obsolete inn only  little more than two years and I must "upgrade" to get what I already paid to have. This sounds like bait and switch and every year you will be asking me to
upgrade" to get what I paid for already. If I wanted to " download the free version and utilize the download video feature which is free. ." I would not have pay you $49.95 for the version that I have.  If I go with your most current version, RealPlayer with RealTimes, does this mean I will be able to "download this video, burn dvds, and convert files to other formats? Will this be free? And what was the point in me buying Real Player Plus because those aforementioned items were the reason I "upgraded" then.

This smells like a scam and I am very displeased with RealPlayer.

  As stated earlier, we want to inform you that as RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it is not possible to continue supporting legacy and historic products. We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions, so some features (such Download This Video) may not work on these versions.
