Old RealNetworks account no longer active

 I used to be a user of RealPlayer, and have recently downloaded the latest "RealTimes" version. However, none of the data from my old RealNetworks account seems to be valid - when I enter the email address used on all previous communications it says it is not registered. I have had to set up a new RealTimes account. Have old RealNetworks accounts been deleted?
