downloader appears but says download incomplete

using internet explorer download appears but says download incomplete, if using chrome download does not appear. in july i downloaded from utube and had no issues at all later in july again the issues begin. i checked for updates and it said i had all the current updates for realplayer 16 ihave been a paid account for years but when you made a change i lost the fast download now i read if i want to download player 18 i have to purchase a new subscription so what happens to my years of loyality to realplayer

  As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products like RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16 or prior versions.
