Hi

 I have a new computer .When I tried to sign in to Real player my email address was not recognized.  I was on Real player SP+.The order number was 300900331

Could you advise please.

  As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it is not possible to continue supporting legacy and historic products.

  We are no longer able to support password reset or new account creation for RealPlayer 16 and prior versions like RealPlayer SP+ (both free and Plus).

  If you have Windows 7 or higher, we encourage you to try the newest version of RealPlayer, available for download from www.real.com
