RealPlayer Upgrade

On December 12, 2023, I paid a one-time charge $39.99 to upgrade to RealPlayer 22 Plus. After I rebooted my computer, I went to YouTube to download a video. When Real Player opened, it came up with the free software only and asked me to upgrade. The RealPlayer site shows “ We believe you are already a member of the following service, so we removed it from your order:” How do I get back the upgrade that I paid for?

  After rebooting, and the player opens, Dont do anything, except sign in.

  The next box appearing should be the box, telling you you have sgned in, and you should have premium.

  It works all the time, when I do that.

  JUST sign in.
