Mobile device will not sync from computer

My account was just upgraded to RealPlayer Plus.  However, I cannot sync my videos to my Apple iPhone.  Both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.  Can anyone help with this?

  why doesnt realplayer answer this...worthless
