My downloader is not working . I have paid for this service!!!!
I have spent over 6 hours now trying to get my (Paid for) real player to download.
I have followed all your instructions on numerous occasions and its just not working.
If you provide a refund for the now faulty Real Player 16 I would cionsider updating to one that does work

I'm having the same problem. I've paid twice,once for life time use and again for plus 16. They keep changing things and want more money, not caring about the people that have been with them and payed already. Now they want 9.99 a month and no support for help. It's find help where you can or figure it out for yourself. Personal I'm not sure I want to trust them again. I haven't been able to download anything for a long time.

I have used Real Players for more then 20 years. However; I never purchased an upgraded version. Now I see why it is always good to trust your gut instinct. I am disappointed. Very important downloads are being censured. With a bullshit sob story to boot. Real Player. I will give you a second chance. I think your better then this.
If you are not able to download vidoes,
Please follow these steps.
1. Open Internet Options from the search window.
2. Under General Tab, click Settings in Browsing History and click View Files. (This will open a folder with a lot of files. Select all and delete them).
3. Close Internet Options by clicking Ok.
4. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action will still show "Unable to download" message)
5. Close all Windows
6. Restart your PC
