upload jammed at 50%

you sent me notification of an update , I do not know why, I tried to do that, lost my real plus and the attempt to upload reached 50% then continued to loop at that forever, Your advice is frustrating so I am giving you some of my information, please help as I have no real player at all, I just want my real times restored. Thank you.
