Many years I've had RealPlayer/Times, you people ruined it. First you renewed with out my permission now I can't get anything. Not even a telephone number all I get is links sending me to BULLSHIT! Refund my money immediately. The bank is on to you as well. Won't be anymore. You do not have my permission to use my credit card!

  I'm trying to close my accounts cancel my subscription but nothing is letting me My email is parkermayasweets420@gmail.com please somebody get a hold of me so my account can be closed and deleted
