Cancel Subscription

I would like to cancel my subscription. I have tried to call and talk to someone, but no one answers the phone.

I have not used Real Player for about 6 years but still keep being charged quarterly for $40.78. I have logged into my account and it says I have the free account and the grey cancel button does not show up for me to press.

If I am being charged $40.78 every quarter I do not have the free account.

My subscription is due on February 24th. 

Please let me know how to cancel my subscription before it comes due again.

  We see that you have an active SuperPass membership under the email address associated with your Comcast email address.

  We've cancelled the membership, so you will not be charged any further.
