Unable to download

Hi,

I use Product Version 2023.10.13.0 and when I tried to download, it said "unable to download".

Please help.

  Could you please provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? Also, please see if you have a download path in your Downloader's Preferences. If you do have it, please change it to your Desktop and try again.
