CHANGING PRESENT EMAIL ADDRESS TO NEW EMAIL ADDRESS

Why does Real Player admin seem rather uncooperative? Nowhere can we seem to be able to change one's Email address.  My present email is mtp18622@ntlworld.com.  I wish to change it to, thedefectivedetective@outlook.com.   Please help.  Michael Porter
