Long time loyal user not able to upgrade To Premium!
I have been a long time loyal user of Real player Plus for many yrs. 2 days ago I went to log in and it locked up and had a upgrade sign without any notice! Very Unprofessional. So you changed the rules and your software. After paying for RP Plus 3 times now I have no choice but to upgrade to premium. I paid my $ 49.95 and tried for 2 days to upgrade without success! SO FRUSTRATING! Please Provide Customer service or REFUND! This program is Frozen!!

If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 24 and install RealPlayer 22. You can install RealPlayer 22 by clicking this link.
