Already Paid for Premium a few years ago

Paid the 40.00 a few years ago for the premium now its saying I only have the free version , if that is the case I want a refund since I did pay for the Premium Service

  Apparently we only paid for "RealPlayer 22".  Which is odd, because that little detail did not and still does not show on anything, My order conformation, or the current sales page. Even now the sales page says nothing about the "Pay Once" being just for "RealPlayer 24"

   

  I can once again "Pay Once" on the "RealPlayer Plans" page for the exact same listing "Downloader Express"
  
  This is deceptive at the very least.
