What does RealPlayer mean when it claims a paid upgrade to the Plus version is for life? Obviously, the implication is that future upgrades of RealPlayer versions will honor the Plus commitment promised to users. If that is not true, then label the offer to upgrade to Plus more honestly. Please explain!
